Remote Access

We currently offer access to your patient’s clinical information through two types of remote access. Both are secured by a Virtual Private Network connection. Simplified Remote Access offers users access with a Username and Password. Choosing and answering four simple questions is required as part of the setup. Most users can install this without assistance. Soft token access software installation is performed by one of our analysts. The Soft Token ‘logon’ requires a Username and PIN.

Our remote access requires a Microsoft Windows based computer using Internet Explorer. All Windows versions 2000 or higher, Internet Explorer Version 6 and above are supported. A broadband internet connection is required. Please see our "Remote Access Frequently Asked Questions" document for additional information.

Hardware required for best performance:
2.8 GHz CPU processor speed
2 Gigabyte or more of RAM
17" Monitor or better with 1024 X 768 pixel resolution

64‐bit computers must use our’ Soft Token’ based VPN. For your ‘Soft Token’ and computer setup.
